Directions for use

Dry teeth thoroughly before use. Open the foil packet to reveal two whitening strips. One for the lower teeth and one for the upper. Press strip down firmly and fold over back of teeth to secure. Apply each of the teeth whitening strips to your teeth for 30 minutes for deeper stains. Avoid eating or drinking. Remove strips and rinse mouth with water. Use as often as needed.
